The new series Visual Sound emerged from idea of integrating sound and vision. Through chanting and movement drawings appear as spontaneous and immediate reflection of the moment. They are expressive, simple and dynamic.
During next stages of Visual Sound layers of drawings were overlaid and new coincidences appeared. Transparent material allows playful arrangements revealing depth and interconnecting between them.
There is performative aspect to the project, connecting sound made before and while the drawings is created. Tuning, pause and action are part of the process. Breathing becomes movement and sound becomes visual form.
